2. Digital Marketing Engagements & Billing
Our services operate on transparent, month-to-month retainers or custom project scopes. Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to platform providers (Google Ads, Meta Ads) using the client's direct payment method. Novus Engage never adds undisclosed markups on raw ad spend.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom marketing assets, commercial videos, and website code created for clients under active paid retainers belong to the respective clients upon full settlement of invoice balances.
